About the Role
Job Title: 1st Shift Assembler/Welder We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler-Welder to join our
Enclosure Department. This role involves performing both assembly and welding tasks for large enclosures. Perform light
welding tasks as required, constituting approximately 15% of the role. Measure, cut, and install insulation materials
such as Rockwool. Install and secure materials including perforated sheet metal, plastic panels, and insulation. Work
collaboratively within a 3-4-person team to meet production goals. Inspect finished assemblies for quality, accuracy,
and completeness. 1 to 5+ years of current and directly related welding experience. ~ Proficiency in Mig welding and
