About the Role
Welder Now operating under new leadership, Big Tex Trailers is looking for dependable MIG welders/production welders who
take pride in their craftsmanship and want steady work, competitive earnings, and real growth opportunities. If you're

apply. Earn approximately $22$26 per hour depending on welding level and attendance incentive eligibility. This
effective hourly range includes our attendance incentive program that rewards employees who work all scheduled hours
during the pay period. When earned consistently, this program adds approximately $3.00 per hour in additional earnings.
