About the Role

Job Title Perform production welding following standardized procedures and quality standards. Interpret blueprints and

dimensional layouts to fabricate components accurately. Weld using TIG, GMAW (MIG), and Flux Core processes across

multiple materials. Set up welding equipment based on material type and thickness. Conduct visual weld inspections to

identify defects such as porosity or undercut. Perform material preparation including cutting, grinding, and cleaning

metal surfaces. Troubleshoot weld issues and identify root causes of defects. Assist in fixture design and resolving

fit-up challenges. Maintain production standards while producing consistent, high-quality welds. Grind and blend welds
