Master MIG/TIG Welder Alloy Engineering Status: Full-Time, 100% Employee-Owned (ESOP) Alloy Engineering is not a

high-volume production shop. We are a custom-engineered solutions provider where every project is a "one-off" challenge.

We are seeking a Master Welder/Fabricator a true artisan with 10+ years of experience who thrives on craftsmanship,

complex industrial builds, and working with exotic alloys. As a 100% Employee-Owned company, you will have a direct

stake in the company's success and the quality of every weld that leaves our floor. Expert Precision Welding: Perform

expert-level MIG (GMAW) and TIG (GTAW) welding on critical industrial components. Custom Fabrication: Execute full-cycle
