About the Role

Operations Lead An Operations Lead is a "Utility" position providing dependable and versatile knowledge, skills and

abilities with a strong ability to adapt and perform at a high level in assigned area. In addition to standard Materials

functions, individual must be able to: Safely perform a wide variety of Materials processes in assigned area and cross

train throughout the department. Train to safely operate all material handling equipment. Ensure material handling

processes are supporting established inventory and productivity levels. Participate in process improvement projects and

act as subject matter expert. Perform problem solving and troubleshooting activity to resolve minor to moderate issues
