About the Role
Truss Assembler Nisbet Brower is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Truss Assembler to join our 2nd shift
production team. This position is responsible for assembling wood trusses according to engineered specifications while
maintaining Nisbet Brower's standards for safety, quality, and productivity. The ideal candidate is a team player who
can work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is committed to continuous improvement. Assemble roof and floor
trusses using lumber, metal connector plates, and power tools according to design specifications Read and interpret
truss drawings, production tickets, and work instructions Operate hand tools, pneumatic tools, saws, and other
