About the Role

This position is an on-site role based in our North Canton, Ohio office. Relocation will be considered. Our campus

offers a welcoming and conveniently located work environment, including an onsite cafeteria with hot meals, a coffee

cafe, and an on-site gym. As a Driver Recruiter, you will be responsible for establishing relationships with new and

existing drivers and Owner-Operators. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience working

in settings where customer service outcomes are clearly defined. As part of the Driver Recruiting Team your primary

duties will include: Full-cycle (lead to hire) management of driver recruitment process for a designated region. Create
