About the Role

General Position Summary: The employee will observe and learn from POM welder/fabricators who are responsible for all

fabrication and welding for the port properties which can include many different projects. Essential Functions/Major

Responsibilities: • Observe POM welders develop layout and plans sequence of operations. • Fabricate and assemble sheet

metal products. • Repairs products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping and reassembling parts. • Consults Lead

Welder on blueprints and sketches to execute jobs and tasks to specification. • Assesses equipment, structures,

materials and job specifications for appropriate welding positions and methods. • Evaluate finished products and perform
