About the Role
TITLE: Student Assistant Cook - Approximately 5 hours/week REPORTS TO: Food Service Manager and Business Manager
POSITION SUMMARY: Under general supervision, this position assists in preparing nutritious and attractive meals for
students and staff while maintaining a clean kitchen and cafeteria and observing all Health Department regulations to
create a safe and healthy work environment and delivers food. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Current Seaside High School
student Acceptable academic standing Acceptable attendance records Have a Food Handler's Permit, or the ability to
obtain a permit upon hire ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Follows and maintains knowledge of all District
