Steward/dishwasher

About the Role

Steward Position Performs a variety of janitorial and utility duties to ensure safety and cleanliness of assigned areas

while performing excellent teamwork and guest service. Responsibilities include: Sweeps and mops floors. Cleans walls

and floor mats. Removes refuse, cleans trash containers and maintains the loading dock area in an orderly fashion. Picks

up trash in the kitchen and loading dock area. Maintains the walk-in refrigerators. Maintains the cleanliness of the

storage areas, tools, equipment, carts and other areas/items as directed by Supervisor or Manager on duty. Participates

in dish area operations, as assigned. Returns items not sufficiently cleaned for a second wash. Changes and disposes of
