About the Role

Solar Installation Technician The Solar Installation Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and

troubleshooting residential solar systems while adhering to safety standards and ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Solar Installation: Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members, including electricians, project managers, roof

lead, and foreman to ensure seamless project execution. Independent Work: Execute solo tasks, such as non-roof repairs

or maintenance, with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve system

malfunctions, ensuring optimal system performance. Safety Compliance: Follow OSHA safety guidelines and company policies
