About the Role
Position Summary The Shipping & Receiving Clerk supports daily warehouse and office operations by managing incoming and
outgoing shipments, assisting customers and vendors, and providing administrative support to company leadership and the
sales team. Key Responsibilities Receive and verify shipments from vendors and international suppliers. Prepare shipping
documentation and coordinate customer shipments. Communicate with customers and vendors via email and phone. Process
sales acknowledgments and related correspondence. Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Maintain organized filing of
quotes, customer orders, and vendor records. Provide administrative support to the President, Vice President, Office
