About the Role

Production Worker We offer several different training programs for 18 different jobs. All our hourly employees began

their careers as Production Workers, but over 90% of our hourly workforce now have one of 18 different bid jobs that are

available to all hourly employees based on seniority. These jobs range from skilled trades such as electrical,

instrument technician, and mechanical, to heavy equipment operators, lab technicians, and many others. You may not have

heard our name before, but if you drive on roads, you probably rolled over material made at the Fairborn Cement Company.

We have been in continuous operation since 1924, and are proud to celebrate 100 years in business next year! Fairborn
