Details: ~$0.62 - $0.66 per mile ~ Stop pay: $5-$20 per 15-minute increments ~ Breakdown: $15 per hour ~ Hazmat: $25 per

load ~ Holiday pay per day: $140 ~ Safety training pay per hour: $20 ~ New hire training pay: $250 per day? ~ Weekly
