ARE SEEKING A FULL-TIME APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN TO WORK PRIMARILY AT SEVERAL COMMUNITIES ON THE EAST SIDE OF
COLUMBUS, OHIO. ( THERE IS ALSO A MONTHLY TRUCK ALLOWANCE AVAILABLE!) 1) Perform diagnosis and repair of wide-ranging
apartment and building component problems, including HVAC systems. 2) Perform make ready repairs and installations for
new occupancy. 5) Demonstrate superior customer service; Qualifications: 1) MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TOOLS AND TRUCK, AND BE
