Property Maintenance Technician

About the Role

Overview: Kings Island is seeking skilled Property Maintenance Technicians to support the upkeep of park facilities,

associate housing, and overall property grounds. This is a full-time position offering a competitive benefits package

and opportunities for growth within Kings Island.   We are especially looking for candidates who are proficient in door

and door lock maintenance. Locksmith experience is a strong plus. Responsibilities: Perform general carpentry work and

facility maintenance, including framing, drywall, trim, flooring, and finishing repairs Install, repair, and maintain

doors, locks, and related hardware across park facilities and housing Troubleshoot and service door systems and locking
