Packaging Machine Operator

About the Role

Cleanroom Machine Operator Openings (1st or 3rd - 12 hour shifts) Operate and monitor packaging line equipment. Perform

inspection, hand cartoning or packing, labeling, palletizing, cleanup, and hopper filling. Support troubleshooting of

equipment and process issues. Maintain accurate and error-free records, including Line Packaging Records (LPR). Follow

production documents, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs). Monitor

operations for deviations, quality risks, or mechanical problems and escalate issues as needed. Identify and suggest

improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency. Attend scheduled trainings and complete annual training requirements.
