About the Role

Manual Welder / TIG Welder Position Location: West Chester, OH Position Type: Direct Hire Position Salary: $24/HR -

$32/HR (Depending on Experience) + OT Position Shift: 4 day, 10-hour shifts, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Friday Overtime Shift:

8-hour shift, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM # of Openings: 5 immediate, openings 10 long term Responsibilities: Perform TIG (GTAW)

welding on various gauges and thicknesses of stainless steel components. Operating TIG Welding equipment. Set up and

maintain welding equipment, including torches, gas flow, and filler materials. Grind, polish, and finish welds to meet

aesthetic and sanitary standards as required. Fit, align, and tack components prior to final welding. Strong manual
