About the Role

Roller Mill Operator M-F 4 a.m. -3:30 p.m. $34 - $40 Role Overview Operate and maintain rolling mill equipment to

produce rebar. Requires mechanical aptitude to set up rollers, monitor material flow, and troubleshoot in high-heat

environments. Key Responsibilities Operate mill stands to shape billets into rebar. Adjust rollers, guides, and stands

to meet specifications. Monitor heating, speed, and cooling processes. Inspect product for defects and dimensional

accuracy. Perform routine maintenance, lubrication, and roll changes. Troubleshoot misalignment, cobbles, and mechanical

issues. Maintain production, yield, and downtime records. Adhere to strict safety protocols for hot materials and moving
