About the Role

Material Handler The Material Handler supports Goodwill's Donated Goods & Retail optimization strategy by ensuring the

safe, efficient, and timely movement of donated goods throughout the retail store operation. This store-based role

focuses on material flow, staging, and transport to support speed-to-floor, reduce unnecessary handling, and reinforce

1-Touch principles. Working closely with the Donation Attendant, Sorter, Retail Producer, and others, the Material

Handler helps maintain an organized, safe, and productive environment that supports downstream processing and retail
