About the Role
We’re hiring a hands-on Material Handler Lead to keep materials moving, support the team, and ensure smooth day-to-day
operations. What You’ll Do: Lead daily material handling activities and support production needs Coordinate team
workflow to ensure on-time movement of materials Troubleshoot material flow/process issues Train and support team
members; help drive performance Assist with hiring, coaching, and employee development Identify and implement process
improvements Maintain a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and organization What We’re Looking For: ~3+ years in a Lead
or Supervisory role (material handling/manufacturing) ~ Strong mechanical/technical aptitude ~ Forklift/material
