About the Role
The Fabricator role is a production position responsible for using metal fabrication techniques to bend, shape, weld,
fasten and fabricate metal frames, rails, supports, etc. used in the manufacture of conveyance systems. The Fabricator
responsibilities include, but may not be limited to, Support the vision, mission, and guiding principles of the company
Follow all safety guidelines and report any safety issues. Follow work instructions and procedures. Monitor quality as
required per Ashland and ISO 9001 standards. Use data collection terminal or RF-Smart to log on/off jobs, transfer
materials, and report pieces complete. Plans details of work order procedures; gathers required tools and materials
