About the Role
Spring Property Management is an established property management company looking for a skilled maintenance technician to
join our team. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience is required. HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair skills
are desired.
The maintenance tech is primarily responsible for maintaining their property to look its very best at all times. They
are to complete all work orders in a timely manner and with true quality. They are responsible for all apartment "turns"
and "punches" to the property manager's approval.
