apartment community in Warrensville Heights, OH. This position involves HVAC maintenance and repair, general apartment

maintenance, and ensuring units meet quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is hands-on, reliable, and

capable of managing a variety of maintenance tasks independently in a fast-paced environment. Perform HVAC inspections,

maintenance, and repairs on residential units Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
