About the Role
Maintenance Technician Leafy Dell Apartments is seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our
team in Johnstown. In this role, you will be responsible for keeping our property in excellent condition - from handling
day-to-day work orders and unit turns to seasonal upkeep and pool maintenance. Key responsibilities include: Perform
daily and routine work orders as directed by management. Conduct apartment turns, including trash-outs and cleaning
preparation for new residents. Maintain the cleanliness of grounds, common areas, shop, and leasing office. Perform HVAC
repairs; EPA certification preferred with ability to handle common HVAC issues. Oversee swimming pool maintenance,
