Maintenance Technician

About the Role

Description Career Details: We are seeking passionate Technicians to perform unskilled and semi-skilled maintenance to

keep facilities in good repair, cosmetically pleasing, with focus on preventative maintenance. Duties may involve minor

carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, repairing walls, floor and ceilings, changing light fixtures/bulbs. Repair or

replace defective equipment parts such as ballasts, entire light fixtures. Requirements Education: High School Diploma

or G.E.D. Experience: One to two years in related field. Some Computer Usage. MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE Skills

and Abilities: Computer Skills: Proficient in all Microsoft office applications and skilled in operation of personal
