services, conducts cleaning, and minor repairs on buildings and equipment. Performs a variety of semiskilled duties in
the areas of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, or plastering. Assists Maintenance Technicians and other workers
with their tasks. Cleaning of equipment. Minor mechanical repairs. Adhered to all safety policies and compliances.
