About the Role

Maintenance B School Bus Mechanic Location: Lane Transportation Center Reports To: Supervisor of Transportation and Shop

Foreman Basic Function: Responsible for performing skilled repair and maintenance of school buses, trucks, cars and

related work as required. Two years' experience in an automotive mechanic trade Must have or obtain a CDL "Class B"

Commercial Driver's License* and a School Bus Drivers License with "P*" and "S" to be successfully completed within the

probationary period of employment May be required to work night shift, extended hours or holidays as transportation or

district operations require Must supply complete set of personal hand tools up to one (1) inch sockets and wrenches
