Maintenance Assistant Temporary/part

About the Role

Maintenance Worker Entry level maintenance worker that reports to the Assistant Public Works Director and receives daily

assignments consisting of general maintenance labor and operation of light duty equipment. Essential Functions Performs

general maintenance work on streets, traffic signs, storm sewers, right-of-way clean-up and mowing, and City parks. May

operate dump trucks with snow plow and salt spreader, and tractor with end loader as necessitated by weather conditions.

May operate tractor with mowing attachments. Performs daily preventive maintenance on equipment he/she is to operate.

Performs related work and other duties as required and assigned. Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities General
