About the Role

Machine/Mixer Operator We are seeking dedicated Mixer Operators to join our team on the 3rd shift. With two openings

available, the shift runs from Sunday to Thursday, 11 pm to 7:30 am, and candidates must be open to overtime.

Responsibilities Read and interpret product formulas and batch sheets accurately. Follow written procedures precisely

and document all work meticulously. Operate mixing kettles and multiple pieces of production equipment. Use PLC

(Programmable Logic Controller) touchscreens for kettle operations. Verify and monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs)

for food safety. Perform sanitation duties, including operating Clean-In-Place (CIP) systems. Set up product transfer
