About the Role

Job Title Electromechanical Solder Equipment Operator Position Summary This position is responsible for operating

electromechanical soldering equipment used in the assembly of electronic circuit boards in a climate-controlled

manufacturing environment. The role includes machine setup, solder process monitoring, basic programming adjustments,

equipment troubleshooting support, and maintaining IPC quality standards throughout production. The ideal candidate will

have experience operating automated manufacturing or CNC-style equipment, possess strong mechanical aptitude, and be

comfortable working in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment focused on quality and precision. Beneficial
