twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $80,000. Job Details: Cost per mile: $0.420 - $0.455 Detention pay:
$15 per hour Stop pay: $25 per stop Tarped load: $32.50 per load Spotting: $25 per hour Holiday pay per day: $200 Safety
training pay per hour: $20 New hire training pay: $200 per day??? Daily home time Majority no touch freight Onsite
