About the Role
Lead Installation Technician As the Lead Installation Technician you would be responsible for assisting the leading your
teams in a wide range of HVAC activities for residential, commercial and industrial customers. You would need to be able
to share traits of decisiveness, initiative, tact, judgment, integrity, dependability, and the ability to communicate in
a technically credible manner. Job-related contact can occur with virtually all demographic groups, with the majority of
working contacts being customers, other technicians, the Installation Manager, the Installation Supervisor the Comfort
