Adecco is assisting a client in New Castle, DE with hiring a Lead Fabricator / CNC Vertical Mill Programmer for a

full-time, permanent position. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned CNC professional who enjoys being

hands-on on the shop floor, programming at the machine, mentoring others, and taking ownership of department performance

from setup through final part quality. The ideal candidate is a strong technical lead who thrives in a fast-paced

fabrication environment and takes pride in producing high-quality custom parts. Key Responsibilities Program, set up,

and operate CNC Vertical Mills for both standard and custom parts Work with CNC equipment including Haas VF-10, VF-4,
