About the Role

Maintenance Technician 2nd Shift Key Responsibilities Respond to equipment breakdowns and unplanned maintenance needs to

minimize production downtime. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues across

production equipment. Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure machinery reliability and optimal

performance. Document maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs using a maintenance management system.

Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure equipment meets process requirements. Troubleshoot

plant utilities and support systems such as air, water, and steam. Participate in root cause analysis and continuous
