About the Role

Job Description: We are looking for a Boiler Operator to lead a team of forklift operators, wood yard, and quality

control personnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be motivated to grow with the Company. The

Plant Manager will oversee daily operations of the plant, ensuring smooth and efficient production in a safe

environment. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the daily operations of the plant, with a focus on boiler operations.

Supervise and coordinate a team of 10-15 employees, including forklift operators, wood yard, and quality control

personnel. Plant may run 2nd & 3rd Shifts seasonally. Prioritize safety as the top concern, implementing and enforcing
