About the Role
In House - Commercial HVAC Technician - 1st Shift - 100k Salary - Direct Placement Responsibilities Maintain and ensure
the HVAC systems are operational within the facility. Perform a balanced mix of preventative and reactive maintenance on
rooftop units, boilers, chillers, freezers, and building automation systems. Troubleshoot and repair Building Automation
Systems components, including sensors, actuators, and user interfaces. Respond to open work orders and generated tickets
for reactive maintenance needs. Order necessary parts as required for maintenance and repairs. At least 5 years of
experience as an HVAC Technician in a commercial or industrial setting. Proficiency in reading and interpreting
