About the Role

The Lead Maintenance Technician is responsible for overseeing the upkeep and maintenance of multiple ACE Wellness Center

locations and company vehicles. This role ensures all facilities and vehicles operate safely, efficiently, and in

compliance with company policies, Ohio standards, and health and safety codes. The Lead Maintenance Technician serves as

the primary contact for emergencies and facility-related issues. Key Responsibilities Oversee and perform maintenance

tasks across all ACE Wellness Center locations (Lorain, Valleyview, Berea, Columbia Station, and Strongsville). Manage

and resolve issues related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and fire safety systems. Establish and maintain
