Full Time Truck Dispatcher

About the Role

Coordinate and monitor daily driver schedules and routes, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and FMCSA Hours

of Service (HOS) regulations Utilize dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, and online load boards (such as DAT) to

source, assign, and manage freight loads effectively Act as the primary communication link between drivers, customers,

and management, providing clear, timely, and professional updates Maintain accurate digital dispatch and trip records,

including shipment details, driver hours, and scheduling information within dispatch systems Navigate and utilize

customer portals to accept loads, upload required documentation, and relay accurate dispatch instructions to drivers
