About the Role
Hilton is seeking Front Desk Agents to serve as the first point of contact for guests and provide excellent customer
service throughout the guest check-in and check-out process. Front Desk Agents are responsible for greeting guests,
checking guests in and out, verifying reservations, processing payments, issuing room keys, and answering questions
about hotel services and local attractions. Employees handle phone calls, assist with booking reservations, resolve
guest concerns or complaints, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance regarding room status, and ensure the front
desk and lobby area remain organized and professional at all times. This position typically pays $16 to $35 per hour
