About the Role

Job Type Full-time Description Basic Function: Sets-up and operates GMAW (MIG) equipment on mild steel, aluminum and

stainless according to blueprints and shop drawings. Responsibilities and Duties:

* Reads work orders and parts lists.

* Works from blueprints given in work orders.

* Demonstrated proficiency in welding. Determines material type and thickness of weld wire to use.

* Sets-up welding equipment per material type listed on work order. Welds weldments per work order and blueprints.
