About the Role

Groundskeeper Responsible for ensuring the upkeep of the community grounds and maintaining excellent curb appeal. Work

as a team participant to ensure the community meets the quality customer service standards set by Woodward Management

Partners and the Service Director. Maintain a professional, courteous attitude when dealing with residents, vendors,

subordinates, employees and general public. Comply with Federal Fair Housing laws and American with Disabilities Act as

well as city, county and state rules and regulations. Be aware of and operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health

Act) standards and company safety policies at all times. Communicate with Service Director regarding any issues that
