About the Role

Flexjet is looking for a qualified candidate to join our Facilities Building Maintenance team as a Groundskeeper for our

state-of-the-art facility in Cleveland, Ohio. This position will work directly with the Facility Director in creating a

safe exterior environment that enhances the appearance of the facility. Performs weekly inspection of the property and

grounds as well as common areas and reports deficiencies to Facility Director. Fertilizes lawns, trees and shrubs.

Cleans landscaping tools and equipment after each use. Trims, prunes, and removes scrubs, bushes, and trees to maintain

neat appearance and desired shape. Performs general maintenance duties including property inspections, landscaping, and
