About the Role

What You'll Do: As a Groundskeeper, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the appearance and physical condition of

our community, creating a safe, welcoming, and visually appealing environment for our residents. This full-time,

non-exempt position reports directly to the Property Manager. Where You'll Work: You'll work at one of our Conventional

properties in Dublin, OH. What You'll Own: Keep all interior and exterior areas clean, safe, and presentable at all

times, including buildings, common areas, amenities, and grounds. Tasks include picking up litter, sweeping, blowing, or

pressure-washing breezeways, parking lots, and other shared spaces. Care for plants, shrubs, and flowers by watering and
