Carpenter Title: Carpenter Department: Construction Reports To: Field Operations Supervisor Job Summary: The Carpenter

is responsible for performing apartment unit turns which may vary by complex and unit type. This role involves a wide

range of carpentry work that includes rough and finish carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, drywall

hanging, windows and HVAC systems. The carpenter will also assist with construction projects and ensure all company

properties are in good working order. Key Responsibilities: Property Maintenance: ~ Perform routine repair work and
