About the Role
Hilton is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee front desk operations and ensure guests receive excellent customer
service throughout their stay. The Front Desk Supervisor assists with daily front desk operations, supports Front Desk
Agents during busy shifts, handles escalated guest concerns, and helps manage the check-in and check-out process to
ensure efficiency and accuracy. Responsibilities include supervising front desk staff, training new employees, creating
shift schedules, assisting with guest service issues, authorizing refunds or room changes when necessary, monitoring
room availability and reservations, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready, and
