- Prepare the highest quality pizza dough, sauces, cheeses, and toppings (tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions, who else

is hungry)

- Becoming a master at spinning dough in an open kitchen; our customers love this, they will cheer for you (not really),

but you can wink or smile

- Monitor exact temperatures and cooking times for our notoriously delicious, stone-baked pizzas

- Be comfortable talking to coworkers and guests; we need your commitment to furthering the Mellow vibe with everyone
