About the Role

EXTRUSION OPERATOR

This hands-on role focuses on operating and maintaining a vinyl siding extrusion line to produce high-quality products

that meet strict customer and certification standards. You will take ownership of an extrusion line, perform set-ups and

teardowns, troubleshoot equipment issues, and continuously improve line performance and product quality in a fast-paced

manufacturing environment. The position follows a 12-hour, 2-2-3 shift schedule, working either 7:00am7:00pm or

7:00pm7:00am.
