Equipment Services Dispatcher

About the Role

Experienced Dispatcher - Join Mr. Electric of Newark are locally operated providers of residential plumbing and

electrical services. We run a high-volume, customer-focused operation that values clear communication, reliability, and

technical excellence. You will dispatch for both brands and manage 25 technicians at all times. Cross-train across

plumbing and electrical dispatching with advancement opportunities. We use dispatch/CRM software to run efficient routes

and workflows (ServiceTitan experience preferred). 6 paid holidays ~ Medical, dental, and vision offerings ~ Paid

onboarding and training Electric fleets (20+ technicians). Triage and prioritize incoming service requests, emergency
