About the Role
Dispatcher Responsible for coordinating and communicating cleaning requests for The James by dispatching custodial
workers to various cleaning requests, which may include, but not limited to: patient discharge room cleaning, spill
clean-up, and public area cleaning. The Ohio State Medical Center is committed to enhancing the quality of care provided
to patients, visitors and staff. This position encompasses communication and coordination. Position Summary: Medical
Center standards require all discharges to be cleaned within 60 minutes from the time of notification by Bed Placement.
